So what needs to been done with my BitCoin with Genesis coming up? Anything? Are they safe in any wallet they're in right now?

BSVjeets only, I dont care if you think it's a scam coin, I'm looking for answers.

Yes they're safe unless you have them in a segwit address or something

pretty much any hardware wallets you can use with ElectrumSV. If they don't have native support, just open the bcash app on the ledger or whatever and load up electrum sv

you can secure your BSVs even more by storing half of them in monero. Just send the amount to any monero address. It has been announced by creg recently, which was the reason of pump.

Can I get your XMR address? I dont want to screw it up and would prefer a professional like yourself to hold onto them for me

>> No.16817707

I sold half of mine. This was a nice pump, but it's nearing the end.

your coins might be safe, but what Genesis is targeting is not your coins, it's the P2SH transactions
Calvin basically seeks to seize a good part of the coins frozen on BSV
since it's a fork, most of the early coins are just sitting there. with Genesis upgrade, they become open to seizing it through mining
It's different from what Craig said about mining old addresses with brute force (nonsense), this is real and very possible with coin geek pool

my advice to you is to derisk and sell your BSV, doesn't matter if you believe in the project, use it and then turn it back to other coins/ FIAT

currently bsv only has 1.5% of btc hash power, so would be trivial to get 2 or 3x that to do a quick reorg and destroy the chain, simultaneously while shorting it with max leverage to make a good profit.
the problem is bsv in its current form is too illiquid and too thinly traded to make much money from....so relatively speaking, bsv's general failure is a safeguard
