etherscan can show wrong number of actual link holders, but then these not counted holders are keeping their links on exchanges.

BUT who FFS is keeping theirs crypto on a fucking exchange ?
it's not mtgox time anymore.

I keep mine on binance, a lot of us retail investors don't know shit about the tech, even the basics like wallets. I don't see binance US pulling a Mt. Gox, and if they do we can sue them which is why they had to make binance us. Mt. Gox is exactly what kept me out of crypto entirely until chainlink. Every other coin basically boils down to a bullshit store of value, which anything from heroin to child porn is, or an even more bullshit payment processing system. Everyone can laugh at the Oracle startups, someone has to the first to implement blockchain into their business, it's what these clowns manage to do with the tech as far as cost savings goes. I've been saying, and being ignored completely for sometime since Oracle announcement really, I'm watching Q2/3 2020 when the startups report earnings a few times.

Of that 87k hodlers...
18% hold 80% of chain link, that means 70k hodlers circulating the sub-20% supply available.

mt goxxing can happen with link in the worst way, intentionally.
>be insider
>be satisfied with it having secured its future as a utility
>pump coming
>steal linkies never sell
The exchanges themselves could do this. Give you market value during the time they were stolen
>linkies stolen at $500
>link pumps to $5000+
You only get 500 per linkie

there is a flaw with your plan.
it is as >>16713155 describes.
yeah you might be able to sue them but you'll be sueing them for peanuts compared to what your gains would actually be.
