i’m tired of being poor /biz/ i just want to get to ~$70k/yr
i’m doing overnights at amazon right now and i’m just so tired and for almost nothing. i can’t get a house or anything on this income.

anyways, i was thinking of getting on udemy and taking a security+ course and going that route.
at least that’s something right? i don’t know what else to do

hack into a company and then tell them about it, they'll probably give you a job

I’m 25% of the way through the 2,000 page A+ book and I’ve learned so much already. Not even gonna take the test but it’s worth it for the knowledge. I’d recommend the same gold cover book for the Security+ if it’s anything like the A+

Security jobs can't be outsourced in most cases, making your citizenship actually worth something more than paying for niggers welfare, for once.

Another thing is, compsci majors want to be in dev and "big data", and to be frank, many CS majors are really not even "pc nerds", they're just straight cut well off kids who want a "good job".

There is effectively zero competition for anyone who actually has a desire to be in cloud admin/security/devops roles, there is a desperate need actually. So no, just because your shit brain thinks that the barrier to entry is "low" because training and certs are not necessarily expensive is completely wrong. Maybe you should go get a 60k degree in humanities if that is how you judge value, you dumb cuck.

I have a+ and security+. A+ is basic shit the hardest part is memorizing all the crap they want you to remember but if you’ve built a computer before it should be easy enough for you. Sec+ can be harder but the job I had that required it passed out a brain dump of the test at the time and I passed it almost 100%. That being said it takes a while to break 70k in the field unless you’re really good or go into your own business. All in all I hate it now. It’s just more wage cucking.

>> No.16691821
