it cant be zero because if it hits the zero once then its not zero. it also cant be 25% percent because there are two 25% option which means that it should hit those 50% of the time but it cant be 50% because there is only one 50% option so it should only be hit 25% of the time and it loops forever from there.
there is no right answer.
