So first i'll tell you what's going on with this stock then i'll tell you the consequences:

What's going on with this stock
1) 1b trails of a possibly groundbreaking acne removing cream were successful and they're about to move onto 2b trials
2) Their earnings report is coming out tomorrow
3) 3 of their directors together received options to purchase around 700,000 shares of stock at $0.42/sh

The consequences of each of these:
1) The results of the 2b trials won't likely come out for another several months. If they're successful, expect a possible moon mission. If they fail, expect the stock to plummet cuz these guys don't really have much else going for them. During tomorrow's conference call at 4:30 regarding their earnings, they most possibly give shareholders an update on how the trials are going. (You just call in to listen)

2) As with almost any earnings situation, if earnings are good, expect the stock to rise and if they're bad, expect the stock to sink. "Good" means beating analysts' expectations. So even if they lose money but do better than what the analysts predicted, the stock will likely go up (unless they announce bad news with their earnings). Yea it seems stupid that a stock can move so much based on whether analysts were right or not but that's the reality of the situation.

3) The 3 directors getting a total of 700,000 options to buy stock at $0.42 is super positive because that means that they're highly invested in the company (already a a director bought over 100,000 shares a couple weeks ago) and thus have a massive interest in getting the stock's value to be as high as possible so they can profit big league.

#s 1 and 3 are more long-term things to look at regarding this company but they are things that investors are keeping in mind which *may* result in a higher price for this company's stock.

But for the immediate short term, it's all about earnings tomorrow. Hopefully they do well.

And in full disclosure, I am invested in this company at an average of $0.47 and intend to sell somewhere in the 0.50's unless it's going to the moon, so please make sure you do your due diligence
