I have a tiny amount on Celsius already earning interest to try out. The shit that went down yesterday locking everyone out of their accounts was not the greatest though. Other than that seems alright. Just one of what will be many centralized crypto banks basically. I dont see a huge problem with it

the flexible term you can take your bitcoin in and out as you please, the other terms lock it up. Some cryptos earn more interest depending what they are right now they have 12%,14%, and 16% for CRO

The card has to be "topped up" so you would have to sell some crypto and change it to fiat with no fee. The cool thing about the card is that you can only spend what you put on it. So if anyone steals any info from it they can't drain your crypto balance because you didn't load it all on the card.....

Celsius pays better rates though, & there is no lock up you are free to move coins whenever you want & interest is paid weekly. You should check out that one if you haven't already.

You can send your crypto to wherever you prefer to cash it out from. You could also use it to top up your card and use it anywhere visa is accepted. I prefer to just earn the crypto and stack up and every once in awhile just top up the card for spending money.
