Quick summary from what I picked up:

AMD is a rebounding company, if you're buying it then you're playing on speculation that it will rebound back from its previous loses. However, he wasn't too optimistic due to it's annual loses in the hundreds of millions each year and massive capital expenditure years earlier. He wouldn't pay $10 billion for the company.

DRYS is somewhat of a meme and caught his interest. Said the financial sheets are very interesting. Couldn't really make a conclusion about whether to be bullish or bearish, but it definitely had his attention and said he'd look into it further.

PTN is risky, didn't really have anything good to say about it because the drug needs to be injected before sex and said he doesn't predict a market for it. He compared it with another unsuccessful drug for men that wasn't popular on the market.

It just seems strange that they would harm themselves and shareholders with a dilution lasting them until February if they wanted to close before year's end. These talks take time and they probably didn't haven't anything immediate, or else they would have only diluted to give them a month worth of financing. Perhaps they wanted the leverage, which I'll admit is possible. No use speculating though, we have a time frame for a partnership/buyout from 1 week to 3 months. I'd say it's likely going to take the time but nothing set in stone.

I'm not very smart or experienced, so my better question is why the price is still so low for the stock if this is "inevitable" like what we're all assuming. Is this the "big player manipulation" boogieman or are we missing something.
