You wouldn't believe how much your eyes will be opened by taking responsibility for 100% of the things wrong in your life. Even if someone wrongs me, my first thought is not the terrible thing they did to me it is: what are the signs I missed to prevent myself from being in this position? Not only will it free you from rage, it will give you an immediate solution to your problems both present and future. Asshole boss? I'm at the wrong job. Unexpected expense puts me in a tight spot? I need to make more money. House gets burglarized? My security isn't good enough. There's so many people who blame others that I honestly don't know how they could ever get ahead in life, but it seems that they actually don't. There's always more I could be doing to improve my life.
