I’m only buying the natty if warren surges in the polls.

Then I’ll take profits in pharma and throw them straight in Natgas and oil. And maybe some SH or Vix.

natural gas is what keeps energy prices in the US at 3% of the global average, if they go up then it's a disaster so the US gov will introduce measures to drop them again it's a crapshoot.

Natural gas in the US is a waste product. Pic related: it's a massive series of gas flares from the Bakken shale fields. The US can't keep up with the supply, so we just burn it at the source. Bakken alone will keep producing for another 60 years, too.

As to how this relates to Nord Stream? Well, the US has gone from a massive energy deficit to a massive energy surplus. Staggeringly massive, in fact. Where the US once employed its political and military apparatuses to ensure stability of the energy supply (so the US could access it), the US now and in the future will employ said apparatuses to ensure disruption (because the US no longer needs access.)

To all Europeans reading this: get out while the getting's good. Unless you're a Muslim, in which case fuck off we're full.

Where should we all even go... Europe’s fuckedc Canada is just europe in beta testing, and the us is... I dunno man I’m sick of this shit. Housing is expensive and politics have turned everyone into raging tards with this two party polarizing shit.

You go to the US or you go to Southeast Asia: Australia, Singapore, Indonesia. Most of the rest of the planet will be on fire.

As far as I can tell, the aussies are terrible.

Guess I’ll just stay in the US and enjoy no-fee stocktrades with my buddy Chuck.

The Midwest is gonna experience a renaissance in heavy industry and manufacturing over the next twenty years, if that's relevant to you.

Unfortunately I haven’t learned a trade yet, and I’m too old to join the air force to get free plane-welding training. Not sure how it would benefit me.

I am long LMT and want to grab more and some LHX if that’s any relevant.

This guy invested in water stocks after the Big Short, for whatever that’s worth. I’ve bought some water etfs but it’s hard to say just how scarce water will become in our lifetimes.

Everybody took his quote out of context. He was interested in the way water usage affects economic pricing. The example he gave was a bottle of wine costing 17 gallons of water to produce. Water isn't going to become more scarce in the US, for a number of reasons.

Not in the US, but other parts of the globe. And water etfs aren’t limited to companies operating in the US.

If you want to invest in the future of natural gas for the united states, look at companies that are starting up LNG export terminals like Cheniere or Dominion. The US will be selling this gas to the entire world soon as it's the lowest cost producer, especially in the Marcellus / Utica shale plays.

Petrochemical industries and plastics manufacturers will also be moving to these areas to get closer to their feedstock, ethylene. Projects are already underway by supermajors such as Shell to build out the infrastructure to support this. The US will own this entire market for the rest of our lives.
