I sent a relatively large amount of crypto-currency to binance

Binance clearly states that unverified customers (users who have not submitted identification in order to meet KYC requirements) are able to withdraw up to 2 bitcoin in a 24 hour period.

After completing an order and attempting to withdraw my funds (less than 2 bitcoin in 24 hour period), my withdrawals were frozen and I received an email demanding I send my personal details and submit facial identification in order to withdraw my funds.

I refuse to send these details because binance doesn't accept customers from my country and they have also been the subject of a major hack ($40m USD) and in doing so shows they are incapable of protecting their digital assets, which would include my personal data if I submit it to them. They also don't accept customers from my country.

Binance is now refusing to re-enable withdrawals on my account and is holding my funds ransom in exchange for the submission of my personal identification data and facial recognition via video submission.

Please help. Is this legal? What are my options? Any precedents?

I have pasted what I believe to be the relevant terms of binance below. The website also clearly states in text format that unverified customers have a 2 bitcoin per 24 hour limit. I have a screenshot of this text.

If he isn't larping, he better pays somebody to fix his problem because otherwise he loses everything. I had the same experience with Gate (never use that scum exchange, they ask for kyc after you deposit) and managed to fix it.
