What did society mean by this?

I'm an INTP and the main problems for me are definitely a lack of ambition, combined with procrastination. Then you've got social issues like anxiety. Job interviews these days leave me on the verge of having a panic attack. Then we are employed, or maybe it's just me. I tend to be afraid to make mistakes, so I'm soft spoken, bossed around and complacent. I never demand better working conditions, a higher salary etc but simply just bend and flex to the people around me, especially the manager.

I dropped out of college when I was younger because I didn't know how important it was to have a degree/study. I was fresh out of highschool, I had no idea. Now I have a massive student loan and can't get another loan anymore to actually study something seriously now. I'm stuck in the job bracket where several other applicants apply, you barely make enough to save anything, the work is soul crushing and the managers and people have a chip on their shoulder...

Nah. Cooperation and collaboration is a huge part of human productivity. If we'd all stuck to ourselves and worked in isolation we would still be in log cabins sending paper mail at best.

I'm a software engineer, even my job requires a decent amount of interaction. You can't lone wolf it and a lot of introverts are basically incapable of working with others, seeking and giving help, providing input.

Introverts have the opportunity to learn and know how to collaborate with people, and if they manage that they can be unstoppable. I'm pretty sure Gates, Bezos, and Buffett are introverts at heart, they just know how to navigate people settings as well to get their ideas into practice.

Bear with me here:

Ever since I was a child I was interested in finance, power, politics, analysis, technology, science, and rocketry. I wanted to be a NASA astronaut when I was a child. Got real in middle school. I wanted to be lawyer then politician in high school. Started college off as a computer science major in college then changed majors to molecular biology to become a researcher. I dropped out and worked in sales for 3 years before saying "fuck earning money for someone else" and went the entrepreneur route.

I now day/swing trade stocks and some crypto in order to "hunt" the money. I then funnel my earnings into a safe, low volatility, dividend yielding portfolio I manage and the rest into the ventures I go into. I'm currently running a small adtech operation and partners with someone who works on nutritional health/wellbeing products. I plan on parlaying into bigger and more lucrative things as the years go by.

The moral of the story is to consolidate. Consolidate, consolidate, consolidate. Keep trimming down until you are working with your biggest strengths or a core set of skills you feel you have mastery of. I've been lucky to be able to code, fuck around with money, meet people, and boss people around.

Do think, just do. Seriously, don't think. Just do. You know how awesome it feels when you get into the flow of things.
