Here's the scoop, Craig won't move the coins and sell them

He will however use a specially made wallet that essentially ddos attacks the network.

He sends the coins in small payments simultaneously.

He tested this on the 15th of November.

Wallets are essentially interfaces for users private keys. So he withdrew from binance with his special layer wallet to split the payments up clogging the pool from binance as you remember.
