to answer your question, yes, they are held by the company that minted the 1 billion tokens, but some of them are usually allocated to some venture capital firm that bought at some private presale at super low prices in order to dump on gullible investors later on. it's hard to believe that all the remaining 900 million tokens are being held by the company, but who know since there's not even any information about it available. one thing is for sure though, instead of buying any of the tokens you should donate your money to a better cause
