I don't really understand what you're saying. I think you're saying that planets don't carry with it elements of its strengths when it comes to placements in the natural zodiac.

If that is what you're saying I disagree. For example, for an Aries ascendant, the 5th lord Sun being in the ascendant means that it is exalted. Regardless of what your ascendant may be, if your 5th lord is in the ascendant it will carry some elements of what an exalted Sun in a chart would, the actual expression and strength of that expression varies based on what planet it is and what sign it is in.
