I'd like to be a big powerful millionaire/billionaire and maybe get into politics to try and change the world or my country to my liking. If the world wasn't so fucked up, my dream "job" would probably be like farming a bit, having my own huge lands with forest, maybe giving tours to tourists etc all at my own pace. Maybe even open my own Burger or pizza or kebab joint and cook there once in a while. The problem with most jobs like these is that the owner wants to get as much labor squeezed out of you as possible, so owning your own biz is better if you have enough money to run it with chill. Delivering stuff with a nice car on nice roads seems quite chill and nice if you dont have to do it 10 hours a day every day ofc.

I saw a documentary on a modern day knife maker/blacksmith in some farming village in Japan and it genuinely seemed enjoyable. A nice little workshop with a forge, making knives by hand, dealing face to face with your neighbors and making a living providing them with useful tools or repairing their tools as they need. He even had enough business to have an apprentice.
