Mucuna pruiens has been a god send. Add some melatonin if you want. ZMA if you're active in the gym. Helps with better sleep as well as testosterone and GH produciton.

all-latex mattress fixed my sleep.

There are only two durable materials in mattress construction, latex and metal coils. Everything else (polyfoam, memory foam, cotton and wool batting) shits out in a couple of years and leaves saggy potholes in your mattress that destroy your back. Meanwhile coils will last 10 years and latex is essentially immortal, people have found 50-year-old latex mattresses that were as good as the day they were made.

A good latex mattress feels like sleeping on nothing, it's the closest to antigrav that you can get short of sleeping in a sensory deprivation chamber.

100mcg of melatonin before bed can do wonders as well. Don't fall for the 5mg pills, your nightly physiologic dose of melatonin is around 100-200mcg and any more will just leave you feeling zombified the day after.
