first of all,none of the acc managers know shit about the market,they just re good with words and at selling dreams and opurtuities.
This one that I worked,really enjoyed telling people that their deposit didnt work so they had to try to do it again so that person would en up putting something like 3x of what they wanted(most of the times they did this with older people).
After they got people to deposit,they would purposely make people waste all their money on shit investments like exotic pair of coins so tey would lose eveyrhting and tell them they had to put more money to compensate,oh and also at thursday every client would get the recomendation to invest everthing in exotics because the swaps would be higher
