What's the best strategy for dealing with Lucifer?

I've recently promised another schizanon - I mean, planar traveller - that I would attempt to contract with the Lord of the Nine Hells, Asmodeus' Master himself, Satanus di Deus. I seek a crossroads soon, but I need to know how to form an air-tight contract.

P.S. Avallone probably sold his soul, there is no way he created something this genius.

PTS is the best education a child can get.

Don't remind me. Specters of ages past best laid to rest.
At least Larian got BG3's IP over Beamdog.

Create a smart contract.

Smart contracts are executed regardless of bad actors. It is the most air-tight contract possible.

I'm unironically demanding that I create a AAA game in the next 5 years as part of the package. I'm tired of wandering the same planes.
So far I'm going to ask for a demi-plane, 10k souls, a AAA game, a cool 10 million for me, a billion for the last thread creator, eternal peace for the based schizanon who's struggling with this, and immunity to pain. I'm thinking about hedging against the monkey paw by asking that I be provided universal insight with which to judge the outcome of my bargain before the deal is completed.

Well pretty bullish actually.

Our smart contracts are so trustless/decentralized that the father of hell himself is still able to use the network.

This demonstrates the real freedom behind blockchain technology and shows that no matter the individual, its compatible with everyone.

Its just a sales problem, but can be explained well.

Honestly, do you even care at this point? I don't. No one will do anything good with it. Or at the very best, it will be a decent imitation.

Well I have a suicide stack, so I suppose I better get headed out. What happens to souls that get sent to invalid addresses? I think I might be able to fold this into the deal...

Mindflayer villains homie. Avellone writes for Larian now, as well. Full-time.
Someone had to do Mindflayers eventually, and I'm so fucking glad it's Avellone. Let's hope we can play an Aberrant-touched PC or romance a tentacle waifu at bare minimum.

I don't think Avellone has it anymore. He has Neal Stephenson 3deep5me symptom.

PST was his magnum opus, and he will never come close to it again. He gave it his all - it reflected his understanding of life.

Now he just goes down some random rabbit holes - shit like Kreiya. Who the fuck cares.

He also wrote for Tides of Numenera, it was a shit.

>> No.16447364

P.S. Avellone is literally the only game author / maker I know.

I fucking read his sources, like The Immortal by Zelazny, etc. None of them have the special sauce.

Confirming Luciferian deals are a sham. I was 100% prepared to make one even on poor terms.

>>16447360
Kreiya is literally the only Star Wars lore that should interest an adult. We would not get along. But I respect what you mean and kind of agree actually, he definitely has put his head up his bum. I would have used Grieving Mother as an example, though.

I think we would get along - weird to "meet" someone who both knows what I am talking about, but doesn't worship it.

Don't know who/what Grieving Mother is.

Gotta sleep to prep for wagie cagie. Have a good life.

Grieving Mother is from Pillars of Eternity, worth playing for the sequel, I think. Only decent pirate cRPG.
Goodnight wagie, a tip from the planes - this time its Ferrum if you want to escape - and may you never be the same again.

Goodnight wagie, I roam on, as a dead man does. A tip from the planes before you go - this time its Ferrum token if you want to escape - and may you never be the same again.
