Peer-to-peer lenders, angels, and venture capitalists of /biz/, what are the key things you look into when considering investing in a start-up company? What are issues you see sink companies often? What is good general advice you would give an entrepreneur hopping into starting their company?

Wonderful topic, but we talk about crypto here. Let me repeat that, CRYPTO. I like to keep the threads for the aforementioned CRYPTO as I buy every shit coin advertised on this shit site in the hopes of making it. 80% of everything I own is in CRYPTO. If we have discussion like this I lose out on the opportunity to discover new CRYPTO. Its going to reach 1000 and you'll wished you'd of made it. I would recommend you and whatever investors you find get into it before it goes back up.
