I went to an Italian restaurant onve and they took the pasta out of the pot and spun it around in a giant cheese wheel before serving. They charged am extra 3-4 dollars per pasta dish for that gimmick. If you average around 100 pasta dishes a week your gonna bring in 3-4 hundred a week. A 24lb cheese wheel going for $2778 on amazon will take around 2 months to pay off. After that your looking at pure profit. Unless rodents get to it or some kind of mold destroys it.

In summary yes. A cheese wheel is. Good investment, but needs to be cared for to maximize profit potential.
