That's more about being focused rather than being a team player. What if there is a necesary tangent that will create more work but in the long run will cteate efficiencies. I have had jobs where I know I could make the company better more efficient, but people didn't want to change, felt their jobs were under threat and sabotaged me. I have learned to keep my ideas to myself and just mindlessly go along with the boss and get my pay check
