You clearly have 0 idea, how blockchain works. To be decentralized blockchain requires incentivization mechanisms, namely attached cryptocurrencies, and bitcoin acting as the crypto index is affecting the global market prices, forcing miners and node operators to drop and kill unprofitable blockchains. So to "invest into blockchain" you have to pump bitcoin.
