Ask how much more you're going to get paid - you'll come off as a pussy if you dont.

Ask the managers how the departmental management syles differ and how you'll be expected to adjust in terms of deliverables.

Do everything you can to not come off as the autist you are and try to frame the discussion is such a way that you come off as knowing you're already the best for the position and just want to clarify the details.

Highlight skills you'll carry over from your old position but don't make it seem like you're too valuable in that position to move.

Give a firm handshake and don't forget to remind them that epstein didn't kill himself on the way out.
