Shit myself at school once. Whole room smelled like foul poop. As soon as people started noticing I stood up pinched my nose and pointed to the quiet asian kid. Luckily I work in construction so pant shitting is an almost regular occurrence especially amongst the heavy drinkers. It's happened to me a few times, all that is required is throwing your underwear in the bin and continuing your shift commando.
