Seriously guys, you need to get a grip. Craig is Satoshi, deal with it.
BSV is the original Bitcoin and it works just fine. Why mutilate it with a non working insecure off chain solution?

Because if my money isn't safe then neither is anyone else's and the network fails anyway because math and incentives.

there are multiple difference sources that you can go to to verify your transaction so you do not need to run your node anymore unless you are an ultra geek

>> No.16271777

>>16271713

Again. If you're not holding Bitcoin on a full node, you're not really holding sound money. You're just holding something that looks like Bitcoin and *might* be accepted by a fiat off-ramp if you're lucky. Many people have lost thousands of Bitcoin this way. People have killed themselves because they couldn't attain self-custody. That's how fucking important this is.

This is crypto, not therapy. Trust nobody, verify everything.

I run one for the principles and to be a good guy and help the network that little extra bit, even if it doesn't give me anything directly

and also technically if you don't run your own node you can't technically be sure if you actually have your coins/transactions happened; you have to trust someone else to report it correctly
