We are unironically about to dump to right around 7400 and then rebound to 7700 range and trade there for a few days, after which we will dump into the mid 6k range and hover there for a bit crabbing between 6500 and 6800. Right around Feb 2020 we will retest the low 3k to upper 2k range, this will be the bottom once again and we will begin the climb back up into the halving after which we will see a brief all time high followed by a pull back/consolidation phase of around 10% and then a slow steady rise for the next 6 months following this contraction. There will never be a great decoupling. There will be a few select coins that will not be AS effected by BTC price volatility, but all coins will follow BTC's up and down price action for the most part. Some will lag and a few will front run, but when BTC makes significant moves, the entire market will be effected. This will never change.
