Interesting about Hinduism being monotheistic. Unless I’m outdated I still recall it being polytheistic. There are different sects of Hinduism however. I do agree about the one true God sort of view that is propagated by Christianity. I think Hermeticism takes this outlook and meshes it upon polytheism, where Hermes recognizes that the single mover of all life and the immortals is the recognition of the power of God within us all. I personally am still polytheistic though, but I don’t dismiss the idea that there could possibly be just one force behind everything, and that is God.
