Chiropractor. Get a couple adjustments man, I'm telling you. Ignore the Big Medical shills that call it "psuedoscience". Well worth the $35 a visit, and maybe like $100 for the very first one, but theyll fix ya up

do this, massage once a week, and pushups/situps/jumping jacks with enthusiasm for about a month and most back pain subsides for six months to a year.

just wait though. one day a pain in your back will appear and it will never go away. you're only like 6-8 years out now too. it starts out small but it. never. leaves.

Start lifting weights you massive pussy. If your body is so fucking weak that sneezing makes you pull a muscle/ligament you're frail as fuck.

Go to a chiropractor!
I have constant vertigo since 5 weeks and i will graduate next tuesday.
i wanted to travel to Japan for 4 weeks to celebrate my graduation but in my current state i cant travel. im going mental over here.
i never traveled my entire life and now that i finally had the japan trip in sight i get this shit and cant move anymore without getting vertigo from it. i want to punch a hole into the wall.
got my inner ear checked but everything is fine.
i know that its something with the spine.
i had hypermobility in my spine all my life and got back adjustments multiple times.
visited a chiropractic already but he didnt listen to me and was compeltely incompetent.
i know that the vertigo is related to the first two spines of the cervical spine. he didnt even look at it.

I am in Germany, i feel german chiropractors are weak as shit.
will go to the next chiropractor in six days.
if he doesnt fix it, i will go to an American chiropractor in Germany.
If he doesnt fix it, you guys will see me on this channel in the future, this guy is from Germany and traveled to SoCal to get his cervical vertigo fixed:

consistently go for walks.

then do simple pilates moves.

don't eat junk food (eat paleo-ish, like a vegan that also eats some meat. dont buy processed foods at all especially while recovering from an injury). junk food inflames your digestive organs and when organs aren't working at maximum capacity your body takes extra blood from the muscles around your organs (muscles which are near your spine). so itll either slow your recovery or fuck you up more.

and if youre still not recovering or moving weird or in pain after a couple of weeks of that consult a physical therapist but try to find a good one not a lazy haitian lady whos like "well iono maybe u shud see a doctah." try to find a PT that looks like some guys thats into sports/fitness they'll probably be more autistic and really into PT.

I had quite a lot of backpain when I was 16 for no apparent reason. I would lie flat on my back and suddenly get winded from the pain until it subsided. What fixed it was just gyming 3 times a week unironically. Just go bench press, squats and deadlifts and other things. Start off with small weight and go up from there
Exercise/training fixes a lot of random body problems

I'm lifting for the past three months but now I've come to a stale due to back problems. Exercising really helps with relieving the pain, but the problems appear the very next day.

Yes, you need to see a chiropractor.
I am 26.
When I was your age (fuck, now i sound like a boomer) i had back problems quite often, had to see a chiropractor every six months or so, and every session completely removed the issue for another six months. now i was free of any symptoms for 2 years and now i have this shit in my cervical spine, which is even worse than having it in the back spine because it seems like the cervical spine is harder to adjust.

How do you know vertigo and spines are related? I know someone who has/had dizziness / Meniere's disease and she also had minor disk degeneration, but I doubt she ever put two and two together. However since taking a high quality bone mineral supplement (97% of them I wouldn't feed to my pet, mind you), her conditions have improved at age >50.

notice that meta studies always conclude that cervical vertigo is reported in Europe a lot, but in North America it doesnt exist (like it shows in the image i provided before). North american school medicine is so clueless, that they dont even know about the existence of cervical vertigo
