I would say my honesty.

I try and be honest and open as i can to anyone who wants to hear it.

Its a good way to build trust.

I had a guy worth around 10 mill try and force a low interest or 0 interest loan on me to start a company.

I told him no because i am not yet ready. And crash course diving in although doable, would put great stress and strain on me therefore making me less productive.
