MCD Wtf? They were just waiting for the close to pump it?

PEPbros, when we get to buy more? Nice little dip today, I had an order set for 134 that never triggered.

MRK - bought a couple shares off this “dip” and I’ll probably regret my impatience. I wonder if it’s selling off because it’s a risk-off, cyclicals-on sentiment, or if because dem debate Friday, or what?

Good day. Took profit on two low hanging positions that I didn't really feel like holding long term. Got that cash just sitting waiting for a dip in the market before I dump it into my Target Fund. It looks like they have a useful, solid product with many potential applications, but I don't see why the stock price would grow at such a rapid pace. Does anyone have actual information on why to expect such a large and rapid increase in stock price?

Hi SMG I know this is abit off topic but I’m asking this here because I think you guys are the most knowledgeable about what’s actually possible out there in the investment world. A couple of my friends have been approached by a company offering them to invest in a forex managed trading account, and they are being told they can expect 20 percent returns PER MONTH! This was the biggest red flag for me and made me think it was a scam however the company has published trading history since February this year that shows they have been averaging around 20 percent per month. I know in my heart this is some kind of scam and a lot of my friends are putting ever increasing amounts of money into it and I just can’t tell what the actual scam is at this point

They proceed to eat shrink wrapped sweet snack food akin to something that Hostess would make and they both agree that they taste like shit and nothing like they used to back in the good ol' days. As the episode progresses the audience finds out that the company was cutting corners with the recipes, choosing synthetic ingredients over "natural" ingredients your grandmother would use if she were to bake This was all while the company in question was at the helm of a piker who had inherited it from his father which in turn had inherited the company from his father. So far he hasn't lost it as far as I'm aware

The way the "cheat" work is that you deposit 2K or more, since that's the minimum to get margin on RH.

Then you buy 100 stock, he did it with Ford in this case, and you write a deep ITM covered call to get premium equal to your initial investment. RH is retarded enough to count the 100 stock + the call premium as equity and allows you to leverage 2x on that. So you can keep buying 100 stock at a time and selling covered calls against that ad infinitum.

So if you had 100k cash you could buy 200k and could take profits from 150k and the other 50k pays for maintance. I did the math on rh for this but this is basically what it comes out to
