Was looking to move there to work as a dev to increase my salary a bit, but why the fuck do I need to pay some uneducated broker for "professional serivces" to hand over an apartment and update a text document?

It takes them like 2 mins to "amend" a contract, how can this cost like a nice meal at a good restaurant?
