This is how I feel peaceful. Some people still have anxiety though when following God. Maybe OP needs probiotics (God’s creation) to help fix his gut health. That seems to be a huge variable for causing anxiety in peoples’ life.

I've had these kinds of dreams where everything just felt wonderful. I've had dreams where there was a random girl and we flirted and it just felt great. Felt pure and wonderful.

When I tried lucid dreaming, I had this one dream where I became lucid and I spinned around(a technique to change scenes) and thought about a nice beach. Holy fuck that scenery. The sand, the horizont. I think it was a sunrise time. The water and sand were both sparkling/shining from the suns light. I reached down to touch the sand. It felt so real. I felt how the sand slipped through my fingers. It was so beautiful. So calm.

The dreams that hit you the most are the ones where there is this goddess like girl so pure and happy, you're chatting her up and everything is just so god damn nice, but then you wake up. The realization that you will never have this kind of feelings in real life(unless you really get lucky and find a girl like that).

Dreams really are something magical. I should start keeping a journal again. Still have a journal on my phone with all my dreams from past years.
