there will be no airdrop. the incentivized testnet will be launching - snapshot to take place this month. people holding cardano as of snapshot are able to participate in the incentivized shelly testnet. rewards amnt is undisclosed but 10ish % is guessed at. staking rewards are for any particular participating holder will vary because rewards arr given to creating a block when elected to do so and that process is random, so over the short window of time from testnet launch to completion the rewards would vary. i don't expect a pump before snapshot/testnet.

Shelly POS works by having stake pools get elected (randomly) to produce the next block. if your stakepool is online and functional when chosen the pool and pool participants receive a reward. just having funds during the snapshot hives you nothing. you have to participate by running anstakepool or by delegating your stake to one or more pools. that's how
