We don't have a free market or capitalism now. That ended with the creation of the fed and going off gold standard.

In a free market a recession would just happen. And a recession is a good thing. In the 19th century we had tons of recessions but the thing was that almost every recession only lasted 6-18 months. So things got overheated with growth... then naturally things would go back down before more growth.

The recessions should be embraced. Not the govt tries to prevent recessions. So when they end up occurring they are 10 times worse.
