In early 2017 it was if you didn't have at least 5-10k in BTC, not its 50-100k in btc to make it. When i say 50-100k that is BITCOIN only, not other shit coins to make up for the #'s. Anything less is a pipe dream, yeah you'll make good $ and will help your situation dearly, however if you want to make it as in retire and not work you need closer to 100k RIGHT NOW. anything more than 100k in BTC in your wallet is gravy at this point. 5-10 BTC is the minimum.

depends on outlook, the peak of the bull cycle after the coming one, so within the next 8 years, will likely be in the mid 6 figures. Lets say 350k to be conservative.

If you're in a shit country, 2 BTC will make it with frugal living and passive low risk investing once cashing out. Alternatively, if hyperbitcoinisation happens, 1m+ per coin is not unrealistic.
