I was thinking of doing this, however I'm getting around 5% div at the pre-MAGA iron ore prices of around 55 USD, far more than bank interest. When I bought them iron ore was about 39 USD, goldman and friends were screaming $30 iron ore for the next decade. For them to go back down iron ore must fall to $40.
