Lets break this down. Firstly, no LINK to be seen which means the Chinese aren't retarded.

EOS and TRON genuinely surprised me. I thought EOS was a scam that collected 4B and did nothing.

They have Monero at 25 which makes no sense because China wants complete transparency but then again, they would probably use it at the government level and ban citizens from using it.

NANO was also a surprise but not really, its kinda centralised and super fast which would be ideal for Chinese market. I also have a fat stack of NANO so this is good news for me if they pump it.

Except that's a list of blockchains and coins, not ERC tokens. So of course the LINK token isn't on the list.
Ethereum is #3 although really Chainlink can add offchain/oracle utility to any chain on that list.
