It blocks ads in all programs as opposed to just the browser, and it pays you in LIB when it serves you its own ads. It's built on the Binance blockchain, which I'm not so sure about, since Binance seems shady, but I'm not savvy enough to say if it matters. They're selling their tokens for a penny each right now, with a 150USD minimum. Seems like the kind of thing that could be a nice little gamble with a relatively low risk/reward ratio.
