The best bet is looking at charts and buy where it usually bottoms out (such as using the coinmarketcap). Im not rebuying unless it goes under 2 dollars or close as shit to it (2.2 is the most I would buy at).

if the price never goes below 2 then whatever price is the bottom is the best price. Just because that price isn't "below $2" doesn't make it a bad price. It would still be a good price, because it would be the lowest possible price you could buy at
