I was thinking of investing some money using Robinhood. Is there any tips that you guys have or know a better app to use before I do it? It is my first time investing into the stock market.

Tesla is about to report first ever profitable earnings. Stocks gonna moon to $300

Model Y has been available for order for a month or two now, 3 is backlogged with demand. Truck will be announced next month and semi and roadster are on sale in 2020.

Y will be the most sold vehicle by Tesla for fitting the high demand in the suv/crossover market by being fairly priced $39k having autopilot/safety, 300+ range and more storage and practicality than the 3 and S

If you're going to make any sort of traditional investment account, go with a company that's been around more than like 2 months, and offers more than just a handful of services. Make a Schwab or Edward Jones etc. Account. They're all phasing out commissions on trades anyway, and have much better research tools, and you can buy anything, and aren't limited to certain types of funds.

There's very little you can buy with that as Robinhood doesnt support fractional shares.

If it suits you better I'm having a good experience so far with M1 Finance, which does support fractional shares. I have a little bluechip fund with Google MSFT etc that I drop $20 into a week and never touch

The largest cost and arguably the most important component of an EV is the battery for which their margins are not particularly good compared to anyone else needing EV batteries

I don't see what other tech really matters, because self driving capability is an inevitability that cant be held by just one company. Then every single car on the road, in a future where most or all cars are self driving, would have to be all tesla.

That tech is gonna trickle down or become depreciated by the r&d budgets of companies not actively trying to build a colony on outer space

Both. But as I mentioned to the other anon the safe strat (pussy) Is wait for earnings, if it dumps you now have a good entry.

The only problem with Tesla atm is they keep reinvesting in infrastructure. Eg the Shanghai giga factory. Eg solar development all over the superchargers.

Musk doesn't even care if they are profitable but he knows his larger terraforming will be halted if Tesla fails maybe even cancelled. Earth is his practice run as he scales out reusable infinite energy. Unprofitability kills sentiment and he knows that so he Will deliver.

There are surely other brokers out there which I know nothing about that also support fractional shares. DYOR on what a broker offers its clients. But yeah M1 has fractional shares and robinhood does not so if you do want to put $20 into google per week or something like that then you should use M1 or another broker that does fractions

Robinhood has options though where M1 does not. I have an account with both.

If you're just chucking set it and forget it money, I would use M1.

Essentially you cant buy or sell stock yourself. You put your money into your account, and then for each stock you want to own you have to pick a percentage. Then in like 2 business days M1 will buy those stocks for you to make them a percentage of your portfolio.

Later if you want to make a stock a larger part of your portfolio, you cant just buy more of that stock, you have to shift a percentage from another stock to make room for the stock you were increasing.

It's a pain in the ass.

Yea so it basically goes like this.

>Open up robinhood account
>toss some money into stocks because lel im an investor
>check portfolio 5X a day every cent movement and celebrate when you make a few cents
>look at the sidebar displaying BTC prices.
>BTC rose 20% in a single day
>Dump your stocks to go into BTC
>Do research into other cryptocurrencies because making money in crypto during a bull market is obscenely easy
>Find LINK
>Do your research
>Realize that the largest % return you will ever see within the next decade has been sitting in front of your eyes all along
>Find out you can't buy LINK on RH OR transfer it
>Get stuck waiting on wire transfers for 3 weeks because boomers are incompetent
>Go all in link
>You've made a 400% return in a single year off link

Do this except only the last two parts. I just saved you a lot of stress and thousands of dollars. You're welcome.

Unfortunately I got in late so my return as we speak right now is only about 110%. That's a pretty cute screenshot of your 40% gains though lmao.

My post was a description of my experience with RH, hope you enjoy seething at my blog.

Nice cope

I had a screencap somewhere on my PC of my return I was rubbing in boomer faces back when BTC was at 8K or so but I frequently delete them since it just kept going up. It's not my fault you're a complete newfag, it shows. And no, unlike stocks I keep my linkies nice and safe in a bank vault so you'll just have to take my word for it. It's always funny to see people like you though. No matter how legitimate something is, as long as it's outside of your realm of imagination you will always shout up at those who make more than you "i-it's a scam! there's no way you made that much I don't believe you!" Here's a chart that I looked at that convinced me to toss a few grand at BTC when it was 5K, that's about all the proof I'm willing to show you. The chart is pretty old and was posted around back then.

Pathetic.

You don't know how any of this works, do you? Too dumb to even have a conversation with, I can't help you. Maybe work on your reading comprehension before you shit up the board, I don't keep my coins on an exchange and I'm also not going to log into binance to prove what should be obvious to some retard who thinks 40% is a good return

You are delusional, sorry bro. Did you think LINK was just a meme? That's the joke, all of the LINK memes on this board are what you see because the actual discussion happened over the course of the last two years. The oldfags on this board are the LINK holders just like how ETH was shilled back in 2015.

You are the idiot incapable of seeing the bigger picture and when LINK is worth over $20 you will still be saying the same thing. You can either stay delusional or you can buy some LINK yourself and make the same returns I do. But to be quite honest I hope you DON'T buy any link. In fact don't, you're right it's a scam. Don't buy any crypto it's all one big multi billion dollar international ponzi scheme that only even loses value

>uh uh uh I don't even track my LINK's total value
>oh like I just deleted that screenshot ha-ha ha

dude this shit is pathetic. Crypto is probably dead, but you never know. I bought a little back in the day, sold it around 7k and used the money it to pay my college tuition a few years ago. I also bought LINK at around .6USD by sold at 3.4USD because it's obviously a pump and dump scamcoin. Enjoy the next 700k sergay dumps on you, I'm sure he'll remember the simps like you who fund his private island (or, his prison cell) once he's finished commodifying your gullibility into cash.

I make money on the market by doing research, buying low, and selling high. I write algos to help me and do serious analysis that's basic compared to the big boys, but I'm learning. You on the other hand are learning nothing. You're trying to for a moonshot, sure, but at the end of the day, you're just on a piggyback ride on a fat Russian scam artist's back. I genuinely hope for your sake that you end up making a little money from this, that you get out in time, because judging by your lack of preparedness, your blind trust in the obviously untrustworthy, your laziness and your eagerness to let others do the work for you, you will literally never make it except through a moonshot scamcoin where you manage through blind luck to exit a pump and dump, or you get lucky with some scratch offs.

Best of luck to you though friend.

Exactly as predicted, I know you didn't buy any link. You wish you did but a person like yourself has no vision, otherwise you wouldn't have posted your robinhood portfolio gains.

Pretty pathetic that you feel the need to lie and you still couldn't prove a point with it. Either you're one of the discord trannies or a low IQ mongrel that thinks the other people calling LINK a scam are legitimate posters.

Webull is alright. They offer short-selling and extended-hours trading. I like the information they provide more than Robinhood, and they are planning on rolling out options trading in the next month. Right now I use it as my "retirement" account, with high dividend stocks I never sell, and I use Robinhood as my "yolo" account.
