Depends what leverage you took and what volatilty you can stomach.

I would expect us 7k to be a good level if you want to close and reopen a short, 7k is a strong psychological barrier so I would think trying to reopen a short a 7.3 would be valid if bulls show some strength, but if it's only a short bounce you could let it break 7k to confirm and reopen under 6.7, if it goes that low it's pretty much guaranteed to revisit 6. Wouldn't be comfortable shorting past 6 without some strong indicators confirming, too easy to get range bound around that level

I think between 7.2 and roughly around 6.5k could be a good target to close the short. maybe a good idea would be to move the SL to around 7.4k after hits 7.2k and place a long.

and also a good place to put a long with a tight stop loss. in case it goes lower than 7k then a revisit to 6k or lower (possibly 5.5k~)

also possible to overshoot to 6k and lower without stopping at 7k but not that likely
