the comfy thing about being a longtime link holder is that to us, even the most elaborate fud is entirely impotent, laughable really. i struggle to believe that any anon could actually take it seriously. when i see a link fudder, i think of a small child frightened and sobbing during a thunderstorm, convinced his world is in shambles. chainlink's success, and as a result my great wealth, is not merely a dream of mine, it is an inevitability, no less so than the emergence of the sun from behind the clouds.

it gives smart contract access to external data so they can make useful contracts. are you even trying? if you're fudding link, you do not get blockchain..

it doesn't. all it does is what >>15940171 mentioned. the truth is, in its current state, link does NOTHING that justifies its 1 billion dollars valuation.
>you do not get blockchain
says the retarded that fell for the smart contract meme. news flash retard, smart contracts have existed for decades and they dont need to be decentralized. NO ONE wants decentralization in contracts, people want LIABILITY.
and even if that wasnt the case, blockchains will NEVER scale in a secure and decentralized away. but do keep postponing the reality check as much as you can, when it its you it will hit like a ton of bricks

The top 20 is full of vaporware, scam forks and other trash, most of them far exceeding LINK in value. I'd say betting on LINK isn't as far fetched as you're trying to paint here.

>> No.15940586

So just because other trash is massively overvalued that is your investment premise for LINK?

Not what I said, but I appreciate the low effort retort. Given that vaporware projects still seem to attract a lot of money in the crypto scene, I am confident that a legit project like LINK - which solves a real problem - will make me a lot of money. In fact it already did.

Any questions, no-linker?

I don't think you understand. Buying Chainlink is a speculative play. I expect the price to go up as they expand the network, so I keep buying more to sell later at a higher price. They released their mainnet in may and have been adding nodes since. Multiple big players have been namedropping LINK which all adds to my confidence in my investment.

Like most start-ups though, they are probably not generating much revenue right now but I think LINK's monetizing solution (as described in the whitepaper) will be sufficient. Why does that upset you so much?

>> No.15940814

LINKs value isn't tied to the revenue of a centralised company.
