mulesoft is probably just going to add a chainlink "component" to their available list of drag-and-drop components. they already did this with Ethereum. makes me hopeful that chainlink is becoming THE standard but as far as use goes, no real tech people/companies actually use mulesoft, it's for people who dont know how to code. anyone who needs to use mulesoft is not gonna know what blockchain or smart contracts are.
