have any advice for people over the age of 21?

Srs I like him a fair bit but everything I've seen/heard from him is aimed at young people - students, basically, about how to plan their lives.

That is, it's aimed at specifically the kind of people who probably don't need his help; young people who are going out of their way to look up how best to organise their 20's/career/life. If you're aware enough at that age to think about that stuff, you'll be fine anyway.

The people who need help are those who failed to do that (like most of us here). Does JP have any material aimed at people in their 30's who have failed to develop themselves and basically wasted their lives, OR for whatever other reason (illness, say), lost a lot of time and have no career, family, gay shit like that.

Yes, I would say that his advice regarding seeking out small accomplishments is not to be overlooked. Those little victories early in the day really set a good mood for the rest if the work day.

Especially if you are starting your own business. Break out down into small steps and victories, then try to win a few of them each day.

Big tasks become many small tasks, each one a boost to your morale when you complete them.

Sure, but in my case the problem is much wider and vaguer - I'm the classic "old infant" he talks about who never developed, despite exceptional potential at all ages. And no direction now or idea of wtf to do, because 99% of job/career/social paths became closed ten years ago.
