You want to avoid prison at all costs. This keeps you out of prison. Also pick a jurisdiction with a cozy jail. You dont want to stuck at Cook County for a year.

It may be worth booking a flight to a high income part of the country with very low crime, then you'll be sharing accommodation with mostly drunk drivers and maybe make a few friends. Guards at these types of jails are pretty lax too and once its known what you're doing they'll probably let you get away with a lot of stuff.

Jail sucks. There's a decent chance the justice system and jail guards (county police) decide they dont like your cute little idea and make an example of you, thus sending you to actual prison which will be an unpleasant experience.
