My dedication and motivation ebbs and flows week to week. I’ll barely do anything some days but make up for it with really productive ones every now and then; it’s all about not setting expectations too high. This has gotten me a couple of promotions and a nice raise with the highest annual performance bonuses and grades so I don’t really see any reason to change. In my case I work less as I’ve gone up the ladder, not sure how common that is but no complaints. All that said I dream of waking out one day and leaving office wagecuckery behind for good. I miss working outside and with my hands.
