So i started a job at a factory with a 3 year contract, the first year it was learning year after that you get to become maintenace worker
>dont get to become maintenace
>get a manufacturing job with good pay
>lots of talk about continuing to learn new things and getting better jobs
>work there for 4 years forced to brake some rules in order to be more productive while taking the blame if anything goes wrong applying to any available job where i may get picked
>some interviews
>not getting a new job
>newfag (1y) that know almost nothing about the job and cant be left alone cuz he might fuck up is getting promoted to maintenance cuz he doesnt get along with some people and the boss wants him gone
>furious.exe
what do i do who do i talk to when the sector boss and HR are in on it if i talk to the HR boss the others that decide who gets promoted will be mad at me

They promised you everything because they figure they had low risk of you leveraging anything against them and it obviously doesn't help to not be buddy buddy with anyone. That, and if they honestly promoted a 1yr guy because they hate him then you're working for complete idiots and you should be looking to job hop when the opportunity comes anyways.

Also, get everything in writing, at least through email.

soo im thinking about calling the HR boss on the phone and asking if all available jobs are listed if yes why does he allow his people to hide and if not how does one swich his possition or apply for jobs not listed to the public

keep applying for new jobs. Follow this shit as far as you can with HR, frame it as ambition, eagerness, commitment & loyalty, however speak to your boss about it beforehand. Let him know your thoughts, be demanding if he offers you anything, Voice record him with your phone during this in case it goes astray, it may not be eligible evidence but will be useful for HR
If it all fails which is likely due to bureaucracy and nepotism present at places like these, just move to a city and get a good job. Something drastic is good after 4 years, I was in a similar situation.
