I'm not entirely sure what the implications are but I can break it down. If you look at every other coin you'll notice the liquid market cap is about 10x the reported market cap.

Is this normal? Idk but ChainLink is the only one where the ratio between the liquid and reported is about 2x. If we are to assume the liquid mcap should be 10x (or something greater that 2x) then Link is incredibly bullish and has possibly been suppressed in price/ accumulated at a high degree.
