how the hell do you handle such massive amounts of food

eating garbage is easy on the guts and anus in terms of digestion but man eating high quality foods is a bigger strain on my anus than my stumach, this morning i took a thick long one that just kept coming and when i was done i felt like i was gangraped or something

IDK Anon, I don't have this problem.
But it seems like if you have to eat and eat and eat to consume the calories/protein/nutrients that you want to consume, maybe just focus on eating more high-calorie (or high-protein, etc) foods so you hit the target with less actual food volume/mass.

i do this actually, i try to focus on high calorie foods high in fat, like nuts and stuff, yesterday for lunch i had 2 hamburgers and a mcdouble, but still the craps i take man holy shit
