also wtf are you talking about bakkt launch was public info everybody seen it coming. the market rushed ahead and priced it in as bullish news then when nothing happened the descending triangle broke down as many pulled out their position. they will come back. this was a typical case of buy the rumor sell the news, which is why you should have been shorting btc at bakkt launch. which i did. from 11k to 8.5k. but now it's buy the dip time. preferably buy sub $8k but who knows...
